Plantain

Introduction

En latin : Plantago Major (Plantaginaceae​)

Le plantain est une plante herbacée vivace originaire d'Europe dont le fruit est une capsule. 
Les feuilles, les racines et les graines sont les parties utilisées en phytothérapie.

  • Infections rhino-pharyngées
  • Infections broncho-pulmonaires
  • Infections des voies urinaires

Remarques

  • Les feuilles fraîches de plantain adoucissent les piqûres d'insectes
  • Le plantain est également employé dans les légères inflammations des yeux
