L'perirenal abscess is a collection of pus located on the periphery of the kidneys resulting from serious complications during a pyelonephritis.
Generalities
When there is nourinary tract infection, or when the patient does not present sepsis, any perirenal purulent collection requires the search for a retroperitoneal extension coming from a abscess of the'appendix, or a disease of the type diverticular colic.
